Nelly began her mortgage career in 2007, transitioning from 11 years as a high school math teacher to becoming a top-performing loan officer in her first year. Over the past 17 years, she has excelled at two major nationwide banks, earning recognition for her expertise in complex scenarios and a dedication to helping clients achieve homeownership and financial success. As a trusted mortgage advisor, Nelly is passionate about providing tailored solutions to meet her clients’ unique needs. Excited to expand beyond traditional banking, she is thrilled to partner with her longtime friend and colleague, Artin, to offer enhanced opportunities for her clients.

Outside of work, Nelly is proud of her daughter, a recent Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate with a mechanical engineering degree and a new homeowner. She also credits her partner Glenn for being her biggest supporter throughout her journey.
